The Earl's Plumbing story started almost 40 years ago, with Earl's father, David Haralson. Earl apprenticed at David's Plumbing with his father, before pursuing a degree. After graduating from Texas Tech University, Earl attended Asbury Seminary for 2 years.  He later returned to Lubbock with 20 years of experience in plumbing and got his Master's license in 2004. His dream was to follow in his dad’s footsteps and build a family business based on the principles of integrity, quality, and respect.

Earl's wife, Crissy Haralson, supported his dream by helping him to get started in the early years. They started a family and Crissy worked by keeping the books for the expanding business and now oversees the sales and marketing.

Two years later the family business expanded. Crissy's sister and brother in law, Chuck and Niki Hall, joined them at Earl's Plumbing. Chuck has a degree in marketing from Texas Tech University and now acts as the Vice President. 

Together they all are committed to community involvement. Through Earl’s Plumbing, Heating and Air they have been able to donate plumbing materials and services to help those in need maintain their home. They have generously contributed to local organizations and ministries in town.

From its humble beginnings in a home office to a truly "family owned and operated" company, Earl’s Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning has become a successful and respected business in Lubbock. This is due to support from loyal customers and the core values upon which they founded their company and continue to operate it.
