I take my profession extremely seriously. I obtain more than the mandatory continuing education hours required by the State of Illinois for my licensing. I love to educate my customers! That gives me great pride and saves the customer money. I'm the owner, I don't work on commission. While my office is officially closed on Sunday I will make every attempt to work around my customers' schedule and I don't charge extra for that accommodation.
